1. User Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Liability Limits: While PeachExch enforces platform integrity, we are not directly responsible for personal credit arrangements, off-platform cash disputes, or unauthorized financial commitments made between users and independent agents.
  • Always verify that your agent is authorized and operating within the platform’s guidelines.

3. Betting Exchange Rules (Back and Lay)

Unlike traditional sportsbooks where you bet against the house, PeachExch functions as a peer-to-peer Betting Exchange.

3.1 Unmatched and Matched Bets

  • A bet is considered valid only when it is Matched against another user’s opposing position (Back vs. Lay).
  • Unmatched Bets: Any bet that remains unmatched when a market closes or goes live will be automatically cancelled, and the staked amount will be returned to your main wallet balance.

3.2 Market Commission

PeachExch charges a nominal market commission (ranging between 2% and 5%) on net winnings per market. Commission rates are clearly displayed on the event market interface prior to bet placement.

4. Cricket Session and Fancy Betting Rules

Cricket Fancy and Session markets are highly popular on PeachExch. Specific rules govern their settlement:

4.1 Session Settlement Rules

  • Incomplete Overs: If a match is interrupted (e.g., due to rain or bad light) and the designated overs for a session are not completed, all open bets on that specific session will be declared Void, unless the market has already reached a natural outcome.
  • Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) Method: DLS adjustments apply only to match-winner markets. Fancy and session bets are settled strictly on the actual runs scored on the ground during official play.

4.2 Delayed Feeds and Courtsiding

  • Live streaming and TV broadcasts typically carry a latency delay of 3 to 10 seconds.
  • Placing bets using real-time stadium data (courtsiding) to gain an unfair advantage over delayed feeds is strictly prohibited. PeachExch reserves the right to void any bets placed under suspicious latency exploitation.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonuses

5.1 Wagering Requirements

  • All deposited funds must be wagered at least 1x before a withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific rollover requirements (e.g., 3x or 5x wagering) as outlined in individual promotion guidelines.

5.2 Transaction Verifications

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful identity and account verification. PeachExch reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including government-issued ID proofs and bank statements, before approving large payouts.

  • Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate exchange odds or market liquidity.
  • Arbitrage Exploitation: Using multiple accounts to lock in guaranteed risk-free profits across opposing markets.
  • Money Laundering: Depositing funds without intent to bet, or attempting to move non-gaming funds through the system.

Violation Consequences: Accounts flagged for prohibited activities will face immediate suspension, cancellation of active bets, and permanent confiscation of remaining balances.

7. Technical Glitches and Void Bets Policy

While we strive to ensure 99.9% platform uptime, technical errors can occasionally occur.

  • Incorrect Odds / Palpable Errors: In the event of a system bug, obvious pricing error (Palpable Error), or inverted market rates, PeachExch reserves the absolute right to correct the error or declare all affected bets Void.
  • System Outages: PeachExch is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device hardware failures, or temporary server downtime during live events.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

PeachExch is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment. Betting should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a primary source of income or a way to escape financial difficulties.
